One of the newest members of the closely related Scandinavian royal families was christened in Denmark on Sunday. Proud mother Crown Princess Mary of Denmark carried her daughter to the baptismal font at the Fredensborg Palace.
The two-month-old princess was christened Isabella Henrietta Ingrid Margrethe at the church in Fredensborg, north of Copenhagen. She was born April 21 2007 and is the second child of Danish Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik.
Norway's Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit were, not surprisingly, among the royal guests at the Danish christening. The baby's father, Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, was Haakon's best man and they're not-too-distant cousins.
