Norway's white-collar crime unit Økokrim claims Siemens over-billed the military by more than NOK 60 million between 2000 and 2006.
Siemens and the military agreed last year that Siemens would repay NOK 75.6 million.
Økokrim started probing the case after a commission concluded that Siemens had defrauded the state.
If Siemens refuses to accept the fine, Økokrim will press charges and take the company to court.
