Rahila Iqbal's father, grandfather and chauffeur are now also accused of rape, newspaper VG reports.
According to police in Pakistan, Rahila's father and grandfather ordered their driver to rape and then kill the Norwegian-Pakistani woman."The charges have been expanded to include sexual assault in addition to murder," said Abid Q. Raja, the Iqbal family's lawyer.
Rahila Iqbal, 20, traveled to Pakistan on May 28, 2005 and was declared dead, apparently in a traffic related incident, four days later. Her husband suspected an honor killing since their marriage had been vehemently opposed.
